"I recently visited Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant , and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was not going to be a pleasant visit. Firstly, the variety of flavors was severely lacking, and the available options seemed outdated and uninspired. It felt like I stepped back in time to a time when ice cream flavors were limited to the basics. The lack of creativity left much to be desired. The ice cream itself was subpar at best. The texture was icy and lacked the creamy richness that you expect from a quality scoop. It seemed like the ice cream had been sitting in the freezer for far too long, resulting in a freezer-burned taste that was anything but enjoyable. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, making the overall atmosphere less than welcoming. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. To make matters worse, the prices were unreasonably high for the poor quality of the product. I felt like I was paying a premium for an experience that fell far short of expectations. Overall, I would not recommend Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying ice cream experience. Save your money and treat yourself elsewhere to a shop that values quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction."

"Braum's has always been a hit or miss experience for my family. This is true of multiple locations. During our most recent visit part of our order was wrong. The french fries are perfectly cooked while the burgers were dry and toppings very minimal. One sandwich was missing its second burger patty. Services often very friendly but sometimes indifferent. For this visit it was the latter. The one was rude, they just weren't friendly either. Our order was a task in the window attendant performs the duty required with no evident friendliness. But we've been in the store many times. The store stuff is divided into two halves, one being a miniature grocery store the other being fast food. The fast food size into hot food and ice cream servings with separate lines for each. The braum's experience can be excellent in the product can be top notch. Unfortunately my order is off tomorrow to the point that it's no longer surprising. I would say this is true of most fast food restaurants today. Although this is a burger joint, delicious salads are an offering for those seeking vegetarian fare. The atmosphere is kid-friendly but not kids centric. There's always plenty of parking with good wheelchair accessibility."

"A great place to get ice cream, I've visited this location several times in the past, but tonight was totally chaotic. It seems that everyone was new, which would explain the confusion going on. You had an assistant manager who was totally lost on the cash register on what to do, perhaps in training, and that would be understanding. I ordered 4 selection of ice cream this night and all were melting away while they tried to fix my last ice cream request, so by the time I made it home with the ice cream they were all totally melted. I expect, which they've always have in the past, will do better next time. I was not happy about the melted ice cream we could not enjoy once I reached home. I love Braum, so I will be going back..."
