Church's Texas Chicken

"Other than a nearly 40 minute wait for fresh chicken it was as expected. Clearly the day shift did not keep up with their prep for the evening shift. There was absolutely no chicken to be had at 3:30 pm. Day staff was friendly but evening shift totally ignored us."

"I am so disappointed to go get a nice meal with my daughter to recieved nothing I ordered. I ordered half spicy and regular got all regular. With Mac n cheese got mash potatoes instead. And order and extra side of okra that was all burnt like literally burnt what kind of service is this the only thing I got correct was my drink I paid 50 dollars to receive nothing I wanted what a shame maybe you should put the correct order you repeat over the mic. He repeated everything correctly on it but yet still served me everything wrong. I even tried to call to let the store manager know thier employees are serving burnt food to customers no answer of course. Highly recommend going to another location not here"

"When I tell you this is the best Church’s Chicken I have EVER had! The food was so fresh. I didn’t mind that I had to wait a little bit because it was well worth it. And the lady in the drive thru customer service was GREAT! I think her name was Miss Jasmine B. I hope that rights but she’s an older African American woman. This is the only Church’s I want to come to now, especially if she’s there."

"We haven't been eating at Church's due to so many bad experiences the past few years. We were in a hurry and stopped in at this location. I am impressed. Food was great! Service was very pleasant and the place was cleaner than most. Will return when in that area!"
