"The teas are DELICIOUS!! We really like the variety of all the teas and snacks offered. Customer service could be friendlier, but other than that, we love the drinks and the inventive snacks."
"Our new favorite place! We’ve been seeing ads for this place on Facebook while we are here for work. We ordered through Door Dash and got a strawberry horchata, a pink lychee, honey bbq popcorn chicken with fries and nacho cheese sauce and the carne ascada fries. The strawberry horchata was to die for! It was the best drink I’d ever had. The pink lychee was NOT for me. I’ve never had it before and had to google was lychee even was. The honey bbq popcorn chicken was amazing. The photo on door dash made it seem like it comes with a ranch and you can add extra for a cost so I only got the cheese sauce and was a little disappointed in that. The nacho cheese sauce has no flavor. Not even a cheese flavor. The carne ascada fries were really good but we wished it had more meat to the fries ratio. We will not be ordering it from Door Dash again as Zero Degrees online has more options and more food for a fraction of the cost."
"It was ok for me, maybe better for others. Food was hot & fresh to order. No dine in at this time for pandemic reasons. My favorite was the lemon pepper wings, the tenders was ok. My favorite drink was the pina colada& the mango peach green tea& peach tea were ok not favorite choice cause of seeds from fruit hard to drink in straw had to drink from side of cup better."
"The place feels like a new establishment. The service was ok partly to them thinking that we were familiar with the process but the cashier was patient with all our questions. Another issue was that the tables weren't cleaned recently which wasn't a biggie but noticeable with the spilled drink on the floor. The showstopper was the food. The seasoning was superb though I think they held my wings because they were really warm but not hot considering the time. The fries were also excellent but just warm as well. The Ube shake and Strawberry lychee we're outstanding and were a great cap to the meal. All in all it was an ok dine in experience but the food more than made up for it."
