Taco Cabana

"Who wants to wait 40 minutes for their food. They are cooking the meat as you order. Since when? There was only 5 of us in the lobby and 2 men waiting well longer than us. 1- Uber driver waited over 50 minutes. Nothing but teenagers working no adults in sight. The gentleman at the front was nice but who wants to wait 40 minutes for 3 plates and a bowl of soup which was not even filled half way. We tried to come back here after 8 months after our last visit and this one was just as bad. Sorry Taco Cabana this store is a joke and has been since COVID started. It must have never regained any employees because the ones working tonight were a joke. The food use to be so good now walking in to this place it’s empty and awkward and weird and I can go on forever. It’s a prime location and there’s no life left in this place? We will NOT come back to this location or little road being that we were going to get a refund and go to little road but their comments are the same as this location very bad. Pioneer and 360 has always had an excellent Taco Cabana I hope they still do because that’s the only place we will go to."

"No resh Pico waited many minutes for someone to come out from the back. They should have a counter top bell to ring for service. My cheese enchilada had no cheese inside just a rolled corn tortilla w a weird brown sauce. Very disappointed"

"This place is so disgusting and the workers here are very rude food is very bland. Grill is in sight and not kept clean. Workers touching food with bare hands. Trash all over the cafe. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT"

"Absolutely terrible service, restaurant very dirty, employee’s uniform and cap filthy. The restaurant was dirty and all employees were standing around talking. My taco salad was brought out to me on a dirty tray, I ended up asking for my money back, no apology. When I left they were standing around blaming each other for serving my salad on a dirty tray."

"Absolutely terrible management.. We ordered a beer the lady didn’t have a beer opener, or didn’t know how to open. There was nobody in the restaurant at 9 AM p.m. I counted about five people in the back I don’t know what they were doing but it took 25 minutes to get out of tacos, he when we got in there were cold. Nice and friendly staff but you can tell that they don’t really care, very robotic. Food quality average. Food presentation average. filthy bathrooms. I ordered some salsas they didn’t bring me what I asked for but what they wanted to bring."
