"The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves.. I visited at 7:39 pm, the store was dark. Not Wendy’s sign or parking lot lit up. I ordered a double stack biggie back and got stale food that gave me a stomach ache all evening. If the owner is unable to locate a quality manager and workers this location should be shut down."
"I attempted to avoid a negative review by calling the manager to resolve privately but no one answered the phone. I visited this location on Sunday, 11/5/23 around 12:45p. I asked for a Parmesan Caesar salad NO CHICKEN and a 10 piece spicy nugget. Then repeated the order when asked again, and then answered specific questions since the attendant seemed to be entering the information in a different order than what I stated…so in total she received the order 3 times. Amount came to $15.03, I paid $20.03. Attendant took longer than average to calculate, she was counting actual change when my change should have been $5.00. She gave me $4.00 and a handful of change (all dimes and pennies) stating my change is $4.97. Naturally I’m confused. She stated she did not enter the $0.03 so my change is $4.97 but I was still confused because if she needed to return the unused $0.03 with the $4.97 doesn’t that still equal $5.00?? The cashier made it seem like I was wrong for questioning her calculation and unless the register had no quarters, I don’t understand why the change could not have been consolidated. My mistake was quickly throwing the change in my purse because she was already holding out my bag rushing me so I was unable to check if she even gave me $0.97- it looked more like 7 dimes and a handful of pennies! When i drove off I couldn’t find the receipt, she did not put it in the bag. When I unpacked the order at home not only was there chicken on the salad, but only 8 nuggets, and crouton crisps were on the outside of the packet as if there was a hole. Everything about my order was sabotaged. These were unnecessarily excessive issues for such a simple order where I even made the math basic. I understand a big established chain like Wendys may not care about my $20 or even worry about losing a customer, and I won’t miss $0.03 (or however much I was actually shorted), but perhaps my review will provide insight if the register isn’t balanced tonight, and hopefully additional training in active listening, math, and sanitation for everyone on this shift."
"Just left the drive in on my lunch break and I got my order and noticed someone took a bite out of a chicken nugget and dropped it back in my bag. Thats disgusting. Be careful always. Check ya order before you leave the window. Headed back ta work on an empty stomach. Thanks for nothing."
"My food was good, and it was served quickly. Unfortunately some of my spicy nuggets were cold, but they were happy to remake them for me, and even bring them out to me. Considering it was lunch time and the line outside was long I dined in."
