Smoothie King

"Went in for a mid-day pick me up yesterday but I guess there was a bunch of online orders and I was not helped despite there being employee right there washing dishes. I had to leave due to time. Ok - no biggie. I came back today and once again obviously busy with no one to help and I could hear the manager in the back yelling at employees instead of being out there helping. The 1 star is not so much the lack of service but I was so astounded to hear a manager speak to their employees that way. Yuck."

"I’m not the type to leave bad reviews unless I know yall can improve on my feedback but I came in to smoothie king today at 12:00 and the cute younger boy helped me out he is a very good hard worker and I tipped him $5.00 for one smoothie I sat down and waited for my order the blonde girl was complaining of how much online orders were coming in and how people need to stop ordering things from their store and etc… and now I feel stupid for tipping the store I should have gave the boy $5 by hand but I understand things get stressful but maybe educating them how to treat customers will help, putting 100% customer service 100% of the time even when no one is watching and also educating them that customers can hear and see everything in the restaurant will be helpful"

"The workers are super nice & helpful. Store is VERY well kept, clean & they are fast with service. I didn't know this place was here until my kiddo got dental issues & can only get down smoothies due to pain. They helped him choose & made it easy for us! New fans of smoothie king!"
