"Food is not edible. The fries are soggy and disgusting. The chicken is not fried all the way and pink in the middle. Not something I can feed my children. It's not like we can quickly get back up there to argue it's trash. If we had that kind of time tonight we would have cooked. Disappointed and will not be back."

"Aftering going through the drive-thru ordered my food, then to sit 10 minutes behind another customer. Then once to the window to be told their card reader is down. Instead of walking outside to let the drive thru customers know they’re only accepting cash . I wasted my lunch break. SMH.. Very poor customer service! And would not recommend anyone to eat at that location. That could have been handled differently."

"Ordered tenders in drive thru. The guy said 10-12 minutes on chicken but i was fine because i know it can take some time to cook. 30 minutes later i had to go in and ask for my food, which was all made and boxed they just needed to put it in the bag. Then the manager starts yelling at his employees, which only made them seem more nervous and prone to mistakea while working. Manager gave me my food with a half hearted "sorry about that" but didnt try to do anything to make it right. Would have saved time, cash, and effort just making food at home."

"Waited 17 minutes in the drive though for 2 #1 meals and a regular side of okra. They forgot my okra and I had to go inside to retrieve it, then we get home and our chicken strips are the size of fried shrimp. This is definitely not 28$ worth of food, very disappointing! We also ordered a box of 4 extra rolls and only received 3"
