"After 10 minutes of waiting at the speaker box we were greeted, they asked us to wait, okay fine. We waited an additional 10-15 minutes before our order was taken. Our order was slightly wrong. Just one entree of one of the plates was wrong. No biggie. But there was also a hair in our sesame chicken entree too. The rice was undercooked. Very disappointed."

"Last night I waited for over an hour stuck in the drive through because of the lay out waiting to order two entrees. When I finally got to the window the employee had no idea what my order was. I was asked to wait 5-7 additional minutes for chow mein and I agreed to it. I paid for my food. 5 minutes later another employee asked me to park and wait for my food. 10 more minutes went by and a different employee walks out without the food, asks what my order was supposed to be, took my receipt, walked inside and brought the food back out. He didn't say have a good night or apologize for the longer than necessary wait time. He literally said nothing. When I got home, not only was there sauce spilled in the bag, the food was cold, the chow main that I parked and waited an additional 10 minutes for after already waiting an hour for wasn't in the container. They gave me fried rice instead. There weren't fortune cookies or silverware in the bag. I am beyond upset at how horribly this was handled. I paid nearly $30 and this is the worst experience I've had. Save your money. Go somewhere else."
