"Miss a payment and you get all kinds of threats and several phone calls througout the day. They make new rules on lease agreements and deliver “new” stuff out of the box with missing pieces. After about 5 years of being a loyal customer enough is enough. I’m done arguing and getting harassed. Some words of advice, save up and pay cash or you’ll pay more than double here."
