"David Belford, (I hope that is how to spell his last name) was probably one of the most inviting experiences I've ever had. I love Oreilly's because these guys are trained expects in their automotive line of work. David went above and beyond to help me figure out the problem with my a/c in my truck. Was a huge help over the phone and even more so when I came into the store on Crowley road. Made recommendations, even came out to my truck and installed the freon without me even asking. I offered to buy him lunch and he kindly refused, which tells me he is passionate about his job and just a friendly guy wanting to help his customers. I don't know if he is a manager or assistant manager or not, but he sure carried himself like one. I manage a business myself and would definitely see him as an assistant or even manager. Thank you for all your help and keeping a customer for life. P.S. Autozone has never provided any type of customer service that your people and company has. Awesome job!"

"I went to this location over the weekend for some windshield wipers for our ford focus. While we were in there, I asked the guy at the counter how far back they were able to look up a receipt. I have a Jeep with a lifetime warranty, and the warranty company was saying I missed an air filter. The guy at the counter was able to quickly locate my receipt for the air filter in question and I was able to send it over to the warranty company. Top notch service and this was something the staff could have easily said was not their problem, but they didn't. I really appreciate the help!!"

"Okay planely stated must be wearing madks on the door, but most of the employees prefer not and they allow other customers to come in without them as well. Direct violation of the mandate. Second amendment in looking for a specific item/btand that only they provide. But the guy guy didyeven try to find the part number anywhere. It is a shame that they have gotten this low in service."
