"I ordered a burco replacement mirror which i thought was the type that plugged into the mirror components as a full replacement part. Upon opening it and looking over the instructions and discovered it’s the kind you just sticker over the existing broken mirror. I looked online for the plug in replacement and couldn’t figure which one it was based on the online descriptions. I came into this location to see if an associate could help me locate the exact model and order it from the store. When i got there and explained the situation the manager who was the one to help me. instead of looking up anything on her computer she walked me over to the mirror section, proceeded to hand me a product that wasn’t anything close to what i was looking for nor the brand i was holding in my hand, then seemed inpatient with my questions regarding the product in my hand and the one i was searching for. I find this very unprofessional and makes it very hard for me to continue to give this location business."
