"Waited 30 minutes in the drive-through and they missed half of my order. Didn't even give me a receipt, so they refuse to give me a refund. There's also a homeless guy that keeps loitering outside of the property every night, asking everyone for money. No wonder the people here are 30 years old and working a dead-end job. Feels like they've never put effort into anything in their life."

"They are losing the owner money. lol. They need customer service training. I have been giving this location chances… HUH. What? We ain’t got dat. The employees taking orders. Smh. I came one day, they didn’t have any “fried food”. Huh? This location is hit or miss. Mostly miss."

"By far the worst fast food restaurant and experience i’ve had. Tonight I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with three cars in front of me for just a sandwich. Every time i come here the service is always slow, the employees are rude and there have no initiative, or sense of urgency nor respect for their customers or their time, they mess up on orders and always give you an attitude as well. I believe higher management comes down to this restaurant and see that for them selves. They need a whole new and better trained staff. Very disappointed and wont be coming back sadly."

"The worker that took my order in the drive thru mumbled, was not courteous, or polite. She seemed like she hated her job. She never said please or thank you. The man that took my payment was polite, courteous, respectful. He Treated me like a customer not just step closer to home getting off for the night. The two women at the window to give me my order clearly did not want to work, or speak, or be kind they silently handed my food out of the Window."

"First. I went to the location on Sycamore School Road and Crowley Road. We had an online order placed before 12am, they close at 1. When we pulled up to the speaker she told us they were closed. Regardless of order placed. Not the first time. I've lost at least $100 because nobody is held accountable for orders placed and paid for but management has closed early. 2nd location. Order is placed by 1230am. They close at 1am. We arrive at 5 til. Nobody greeted at speaker, so we pulled around to window. The employee we saw was actively ignoring us. She did come to window and said they were closed. And that the order came after they closed. I said you close at 1. She said "listen lady, I'm the General Manager, I close when I want. We don't make the food until you arrive. So now I'm gonna go make your food and you have to just sit here and wait". See the photo to see what we got. I'm done with Wendy's."
