"Two employees were in the front. As I approached one quickly disappeared into the back. I attempted to order and was told with an attitude "one moment I'm doing bread". It was in a rude, nonchalant, and off putting way. After I waited a while starring at the fully stocked bread cabinet, and not understanding why the 2nd employee didnt jump in and help, I walked away. I'm a business owner. Food Catering in particular. They need to understand prioritization, sense of urgency, friendliness. Also a customer should never have to WAIT to spend money. Terrible experience."
