"Food was good and fresh. The restaurant's exterior was clean and garbage cans were available before and after the drive through. The crew was fast and courteous and the meal was handed out with care."
"I use to like this place a lot but the change in staff and customer service made me quit a long while back. One day however, after dropping my babies off at school I went back after finding Taco Bell's lobby was closed for Breakfast. As leary as I was there was a person working the counter, Claudia. Her kindness and willingness to help with product suggestions have been amazing. I have been going back since and she never fails to greet with kindness. I have also noticed her take time to make shure the front of the house was well maintained. Her helpfulness and kindness to other customers has also been observed. She is a valuable asset."
"Went today like always and order the loaded tiny tacos and i was highly disappointed today the were very unloaded. Bare minimum on lettuce sub par on cheese and sauce i guess i wont be returning. This after eating two of the ten of the taco nothi g at the bottom"
"We went through the drive through, we Ordered other items including 2 jumbo jacks. we ordered the 2 jumbo jacks with no ketchup and what we got was 2 jumbo jacks completely plain!!! What is so difficult about no ketchup? This place always gets the orders wrong and no one answers the phone. Customer service is trash at this location. Manager is an Asian young kid, he literally did nothing, the Hispanic cook who speaks broken English got confrontational and the young Hispanic kid who took the order also did nothing. I know you don’t pay much but it is not difficult to listen to a plain order. If they can’t handle their jobs maybe they shouldn’t be working. Order total was $21.91 not worth the headache. We will not be returning."
