"Went thru the drive thru and they had to make the spicey chicken sandwiches and had me wait in the front which was fine. I asked for sauces and confirmed with the manager that brought my food out. Double checking we were missing one sauce. I had to go inside after waiting an additional 7 minutes for our food. This is the second time they've forgotten a sauce and I've had to go back inside to get it. What's the point of the drive thru?"

"The drive-through took over 15 minutes. Once you're in line, they trap you, and you can't leave. They gave me the wrong order, and instead of fixing it at the window, they made me come inside. Had I wanted to go inside, I would have done it in the first place. Then the manager gave me my order. It's still wrong. The level of incompetence and stupidity is astounding."

"They were so nice and polite. I was 5 min late to my breakfast order I made online because I got held up by the train! All I wanted was a yummy chicken biscuit egg fluffy delicious biscuit. My husband as well. Long story short. After explaining the situation and see if they would still honor my order (online order got canceled because I arrived after breakfast time) they still made my breakfast and didn’t even charge me for it. I tried to atleast tip the gentleman but he wouldn’t accept it. So I thought I could atleast help by leaving a positive review. I hope the owner or manager sees this and gives him recognition. We come here all the time. I didn’t catch the young man’s name. But he was tall had shorter brown curly hair I believe he had bleached tips. Very sweet and understanding.thanks again!"
