"Shamrock Shake is back and pick some up. The drink was amazing but service needs to improve."

"Never ever have I had bad tasting coffee from McDonalds. This time, however, it was rancid. The coffee container, filters need to REALLY be cleaned. I must have gotten the bottom of the barrel—cause it was also cold. Went to another Mc Donald’s north on Hwy 377 and ordered another cup. They didn’t charge me when they heard the story. That was really a surprise. A nice one."

"Review? Seriously? We have all eaten here, and it's Always the same.... Only difference this time is the fries were terrible and old. Out the window with them, I like my fries extra done so when you pick them up they don't bend."

"Not ready for burger day, had drive through closed off. Showed that I had paid for my burger via the mobile app. Older black lady told me they were only open for Uber deliveries then I explained how I purchased a burger through the mobile app for the mass advertised burger day and she told me sorry can’t do anything about that. Then I asked for my money back, and she shrugged saying “sorry”. I then stated it wasn’t complicated to just give my money back then she sarcastically said “hold on, I’m not the manager here so.” Someone made my burger, when I bit into it, it was cold. For being a global iconic fast food joint this is pretty embarrassing that employees don’t even know how to offer the basics of good customer service and making a situation right. If everything isn’t working then it isn’t, it’s not rocket science to make a cheeseburger and full-fill a mobile order which I showed her from the app. And these folks think they are worth a respectable wage. The day will come very soon when artificial intelligence and robots will be more than able to do your job. And it’s behavior like this that promotes such technology. Very much looking forward to experiencing that and not having to deal with garbage human customer service."
