"Girlfriend spoke with rent a center employee and purchased a tv with her “credit“ she had when she returned a tv that wasn’t working. The employee stated he would be giving her a week free and a delivery date as of august 15th. August 15 came by and they never delivered the tv, we get a new date set for august 22nd and still no tv. Finally we call and our tv is set for the following Friday… I called rent a center personally and asked about the status of the tv, the manager lalo answered the phone and spoke to me rudely. I asked when we would get our tv to which he replied we are verifying you and your account. He then shouted on the phone and stated I wouldn’t be receiving anything. He hung up the phone and I was so surprised a manager could speak to a customer like that. I tried to get a hold of the location district manager Gerardo and the employee who answered basically told me to F off and hung up the phone. This place is the worst and I’m going make sure everyone knows how this place really does business."

"The bed I have broke and you replaced it the next day. It would have been the same day but I missed the delivery person because I didn’t hear them arrive. This month I am going to be a couple days late with my payment. I sure hope you will be just as gracious with this matter."
