"We purchased a Samsung refrigerator , LG stove and microwave on Black Friday. We pushed our delivery date to receive all items together. The days leading up to the delivery I received multiple text requesting confirmation of delivery date. I confirmed all canceled all plans. The day of delivery they let me know they would arrive between 8-12pm. Well after 12pm I received a text message my delivery date was cancelled and rescheduled. I wasted a whole morning. I called Lowe’s the young lady at the phone said that if Lowe’s hadn’t even received my order yet…. The delivery date gets rescheduled we finally received everything late. But we got it. Less then a month later the fridge stops to cold, we contact them there nothing Lowe’s can do we contact Samsung , they sent a technician who pretty much told us the fridge came broke. Call Lowe’s and there response is there nothing they can do. How can you sell a broke item that came broke?!? We spent $1,200 dollars and there nothing they can do? We have a lost all over groceries , we currently have been without it for over 2 weeks. Now our stove recently started to give us problems. It has been the definition of a purchase from hell. I RECOMMEND YOU SHOP ELSE WHERE FOR APPLIANCES. 10 out 10 don’t recommend."

"Delivery is horrible they broke $1500 worth of led mirrors i waited 3 weeks to get here. and no one has an idea what's going on there. I used to love Lowes, but now it's such a bad experience, and the customer service is down the drain."

"Just waited for over 30 minutes for an associate to help with blinds. Two associates paged for help and I called the department from my phone for help to no avail. Evidently Maria was busy doing things other than helping customers and promoting sales. I will go elsewhere where my money is wanted and appreciated."

"Service is terrible, not at the store just on the phone on the 800 number I have been waiting for them to fix my brand new fence and the never send anybody and is been already 4 weeks. I was very unsatisfied after the rain the wood shrunk and looks like mold. Very cheap material."

"Yesterday, I went to check if I would get my water heater changed. Always great to fill out the warranty and mail it back. Since, the store does not have the brand I would have to go where I bought. Service was awesome the staff helped me get the water heater down and place back in my vehicle. Greatly appreciate their help. Staff treated me well. Thank you so much."
