"I placed my mobile order and then immediately headed to the store. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, they immediately stated with an attitude “we’re not taking orders right now.” I said “okay, but I had a mobile order.” It took a minute for them to respond and they said “pull up.” When I pulled up, no one greeted me or nothing. They all stood around talking. After about 5 minutes an employee opened the window and aggressively handed me my bag of food without saying anything and closed the window. I had ordered a drink too that they didn’t give me, so I tried to wave them down. After waving at them didn’t get their attention, I honked the horn and pointed at the drink sitting at the window. Again, the employee opened the window and handed me the drink and then slammed the window shut. This is the second time in the last couple of months I’ve had a negative experience at this Wendy’s. The time before, I had also placed a mobile order and my husband went to pick it up. They told him the system was down so they couldn’t help him. He tried to show them the mobile order and that he already paid, but they still wouldn’t help him. They made him wait over 30 minutes to give him the food because they, also, told him they couldn’t refund him. So he wanted the food or a refund. I’ve worked in management in fast food, and whoever is running this store is doing a terrible job. The food at this location is mediocre and the service is a joke."

"If I could give them no stars I would why would they give me crumbs on my burger instead of just saying there is no bacon paid for this that is now in the trash (I ordered 2) $3.39"

"I should had known it was going to be bad when 3 employees were smoking at the front door when i pulled up. I went inside and nobody greeted me. There was some girl on her phone by the drive-thru window and after a while she finally acknowledge me. She was going around like a fool looking for my food like it was magically made or something. Another customer went through the drive thru and they made him come inside as well. When he went inside they finally stopped smoking and came in to make our food. Didn’t wash their hands or anything just put on their gloves and started making food. 2 out of the 3 put on their gloves. The guy that put the food in the bags had no gloves on at all. Even put my receipt in his mouth and then put it in my bag before he handed it over to me. Sticky floors too. I hope this place gets a health inspector and they shut it down. They should change the name to “Wanda’s Chicken and Burgers”"

"Had a great experience at this location. Usually don't stop by for fast food, but they had some delicious options for breakfast. Order was made ready fast. Clean facility and clean bathrooms. The only thing is they messed up my order a bit but I didn't bother asking them to fix it, although I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem with that."
