"I needed a plain burger for a child with nothing on it just meat and bun. The employee greeted me when I walked in with a smile. I placed my order at the counter, paid, and waited about a minute or so. The hamburger was made plain exactly as ordered. I realize other folks have given this location bad reviews and seeing some of the photos they attached I can empathize with them, however, my experience was great. No drama, no issues, and I walked out thinking this crew gave me the kindest and friendliest service I have ever received at a Wendy's. I will go back here."

"The food is cold. The fries are soggy.. All I can say is nasty nasty serv. This nasty food nasty people. They must have a nasty boss. The rudest people ever. I ordered two number six is the spicy krispy sandwich. I asked for honey mustard, they said it will be extra 30 cent, I said okay, I'll take too. And I would like ketchup. I would like salt and pepper. And they keep asking anything else anything else and so as very specific. And also said yes, I would like splendor for my tea all the drive-thru. I said thank you did I paid. What was it twenty four dollar. When I got my food, they just do it out. The window no honey mustard, no napkins, no, no catch up. No splenda no nothing when I ask about it they got an attitude. The guy at the drive-thru kept slamming. The window said I told her we don't have it. I said, can I get my money back on that? Then? And can I please have ketchup and the sweet low and a pepper. He threw out 3 packs of sugand I said no I can't how susir and then the manager comes up and says, ma'am. If you needed all this, you should have said it with the drive through which I did. I said everything I needed at the drive through at the window before. I got there. And for $24 for 2 soggy sandwiches. They should give me ketchup or a napkin. So no we will never go there again."

"The woman in the drive-thru was unprofessional and rude. I was asked to pull around to wait for my order. It took so long that I had to go inside. The restaurant was disgusting. The floors were so greasy! I don't recommend this location!"

"My 12 year old was served a raw chicken sandwich. This location is the absolute worst and I will never return. Let’s hope my daughter does not get Salmonella or food poisoning. I do not recommend anyone to eat there and hope they didn’t serve raw meat to anyone else. The “general manager” claimed they have new people and probably set it to the wrong temperature. All they could offer was a refund. Do not come here."

"My husband went tonight about 8:15, drive thru. She wouldn’t allow him to finish his order and kept asking anything else with attitude, she never told him his total, took the debit card without saying a word, did not give a receipt, had him pull up to the door in the drive thru line, along with 3 other cars waiting for their order to be brought out. Lady handed him his order without saying a word or looking toward him at all. We got, or ordered the number 7, small chili with onions, Small fries, 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets, jr bacon cheeseburger and 2 drinks came with the order. He gets home and the whole bag is dripping in grease, the bread looks rotten from all the grease soaked up, my small fries are half filled, chicken nuggets a bit burned, the chili had no onions and tasted old, my jr bacon cheeseburger was just a plain cheeseburger, then his meat patties were pink, still so pink they were mushy inside, that uncooked type of mushy beef. We didn’t even eat it, we had to go get food from somewhere else. This cost us 26$ and it was the worst place we have ever been too, the worst food, the worst customer service. This is ridiculous, idk how they are still functioning. We really would like a refund and for them too seriously consider closing for a few days to properly train your employees and/or hire new ones and train! My goal with this is to prevent any other people having to experience this. Wendy’s, I want my money back!!"
