"I don’t know what possesses these employees to work as hard as they do at this location but each time I go you can see the carhops running.. literally. The sweetest people, fastest service, fresh food. I’m a regular and that won’t change anytime soon!"

"Doesn't matter what time of day I come here whether it's morning, lunch or dinner...the burgers are ALWAYS old, stale and unappetizing. Buns are hard and not fresh. Not to mention for years now, every single time I've come to this place, my order is ALWAYS wrong! This place is a joke and not on par with the Sonic brand. This is coming from a former Sonic employee in Denton. Get it together! You need new management and kitchen staff. This place has ripped me off for the last time. Will never return to this location and that's a shame because it's down the street from my house."

"I used the app tonight to order and live less than 5 minutes from the store. Being that close, it's expected to wait for the order upon arrival and I did wait approximately 5 minutes and that's not a problem. I get home and attempt to eat within 10 minutes of receiving my order. Here's my dinner: Mozzarella sticks: stuck together because they were under cooked, cheese chewy and cold. French fries: Cold. Sonic cheese burger: Cold. My wife said her chicken sandwich was hot and good, her fries: Cold. The two coke zeros were wet, had ice and cups didn't leak!! Winner Winner!! $28.29 including a $4.72 tip for a chicken sandwich, 2 drinks and a bag of non-edible, trash can filler. This isn't the first time the food took a HUGE back seat to the service, but this time did make me realize that as nice as the staff/car hops are, I'm sure gonna miss them. I won't be back..."

"Very seldom do I leave a review on a fast food establishment, however, I must. This is, hands down, the nicest Sonic I have been to in regards to customer service. They assisted me with kindness whenever I had a problem during my first visit to this location, and during my second visit, both employees I interacted with were very friendly and seemed pretty happy to be there. It is because of the first interaction that I drove out of my way to visit this sonic location, and it seems like I will continue doing so. Kudos to the Krum Sonic Team!!!"

"This isn't the greatest Sonic that I've ever been to. There was only 1 other car there. The order taker was quick and courteous. It took over 5 minutes for my order to arrive. The car hop was fast on his skates bringing my order. He wasn't that friendly. Quickly handed me my food and sped off. I was disappointed that I didn't even get a fork with my coney..kind of hard to eat a foot long chili cheese coney with no fork. The tator tots were crispy and on point. The vanila Dr. Pepper was delicious and just the right amount of ice! Overall the food was good. Service could use some improvement."
