Although the service is quick for a "sit down" restuarant, do not expect fast food speed as I can tell they are cooking to order on a wood fired grill (wowzers- who else is doing this outside of Houston!!). I was also told this is an independently owned restuarant by locals so I will support them as much as my wallet and belly allow!!! This is just what the area needs!"
