"They took care of me today. Not only did they help me with getting an oil change and my car inspected but they helped me get some other services taking care of that have been long overdue. All very reasonable priced. Anthony's customer service is top notch. Extremely kind and very helpful when explaining everything. I will definitely be back."

"Be careful when using their services. I have used them for many years. It seems how they have change ownership they like to add as much as possible. Today I told them I just wanted an oil change and that was it. They added new wiper blades at $29 apiece and a cabin air filter for $50. When I got away from the shop and looked over the invoice, I pulled the cabin air filter myself only to find an old dirty filter. I drove back up, asked to speak to the manager and asked what had happened. His response was I don’t know why it wasn’t changed and then proceeds to go get a new one. he did not question any of his employees or anything. Almost like he knew while I was up there again and this is happened before. Very unsatisfied with their work."

"Avoid this oil change place! Very bad experience here at this place after a simple oil change went bad. Went in for an oil change on 10/30/23 for my wife's car. The service tech apparently installed the oil filter and filter o-ring seal incorrectly, which pinched and tore the o-ring seal. This in turn caused a major oil leak that happened while driving the car on 10/31, the next evening, which also left oil sprayed and spattered all over the bottom of the car. Luckily we were close to home. The car continued to leak the remaining oil all over my driveway after we parked. I called and informed the manager of the issue the next morning and he told me everything would have to go through their insurance company, or they could come to my house and fix the problem. I told them to come out and replace the filter and replace the oil, then the car will need to go back to their shop to be completely cleaned underneath and checked for any additional damages. The tech (he was great actually) came and did the work at my house. When the remaining oil was drained, there was only 1-1/2 quarts remaining in the oil pan. Which means about 4 quarts were lost due to the torn seal. I drove back to their shop and they cleaned everything up. I then asked for a receipt for service explaining the problems caused by the oil leak and the service to repair. The manager said he would email that to me. I also asked for them to come out and powerwash my driveway, which they agreed to do. There were multiple calls and promises made to clean the driveway, but nobody ever showed up to do it and no receipt was ever sent to me. There were multiple promises to provide a service receipt for the bad filter installation and repair, but that was never received either until 12/8/23 after multiple phone calls. After more multiple phone calls to the office over the next two weeks, they finally came and cleaned my driveway on 11/15/23. I have sent an email to the corporate email address for assistance, but have not received any response. I have attached pics to this post / review for you to also see. Whether or not there is damage to the engine internally has yet to be determined. As I said, avoid this place like the plague! The so-called “management” and their “service techs” have a lot to learn about customer service and simple vehicle service."

"Service was good. Came in for an oil change. BUT Employee who is in the pit got overheated and had to have time out. It is not cool inside for the customers or for the staff. Air was set to 88 degrees. To the owner: You should have huge fans for them especially in this heat. Also a cool office for them to come inside and cool off. It makes for a more efficient service and a happier crew! Customers as well!"

"Had my oil changed a week before Christmas. Christmas Eve I walked outside to oil in my driveway and the chassis covered in oil from the transmission back to the differential. Took it to the dealer and they found the oil filter housing was cracked. Cost $900 to replace, $300 to get a rental car during the repairs plus the inconvenience and stress of the whole situation. Avoid Lone Star at all costs."
