"Starting to regret if I should of placed an order with this company because now I can't reach anyone that works there. I have tried emailing, calling several times and left a voicemail during the business hours posted on their website and no one has answered the phone or gotten back to me. I spoke with Dusty via chat in great detail before ordering the XS Power D3400 battery on their website and he was very helpful. After I placed my order, I chatted with a different customer service rep from MVP to ask what to expect on shipping time and he told me this was a "special order" item and it would take 6-12 weeks to arrive to me. I was NEVER told this before placing my order and their website doesn't have this item labeled as a "special order" item or anything of super slow shipping time. I need someone to email or call me back ASAP because this is very frustrating as I would of never placed my order to begin with had I been told it would take months to get a battery?!! UPDATE - Since NO ONE will answer the phone as this pitiful company I am having to add to my review. How can you be "Open" but no one ever answers the phone, returns a call from a voicemail or replies to multiple emails. I want to cancel my order and I will NEVER give this company another dime! BEWARE! STAY AWAY!"
