"The installation of the windows were fine , however, the new frames were slightly narrower exposing some debris across the entire frames. Very sloppy work around the frames, which could have been easily remedied with an honest discussion about the appearance and maybe five minutes of touch up. Instead all I got from management were excuses and how I know nothing about their glass business. I will have to repair myself or hire someone to finish the job correctly."

"I made an appointment with Clara and they didn’t they care to show up or call. When I called she said they weren’t going to make it. She didn’t seem to care. This is extremely unprofessional."
