Go Green called every manufacturer and successive manufacture and was able to order one. It took way longer than we or Go Green expected—8 months for the manufacturer to build it and get it to us. Go Green (Amanda!) kept us updated throughout, waiting on hold numerous times for the manufacturer to get status updates. You know, it can be scary ordering a part from a mobile rv company—ACs are expensive, and that’s a lot of money to front. You can trust these guys, though. Totally came through.
