"I went to check out the address and the garage on the pictures was nowhere to be found. This is a mobile service. The callback was quick but they do not replace windshields."

"When i called i was told they could squeeze me in to thier busy schedule. Never recieved a call back to tell me if they were going to be able to come out or not. They are probably good at what they do, but the customer service leave something to be desired."

Kevin and Blake did a great job on the service repair. The whole team followed up with me thoroughly and explained the whole process. They were very punctual and I am very pleased with their work."

"Not sure why this is 5 stars. He must be writing the reviews himself. We arrived at our camp ground and could not get our a/c to work. We called this company and left a message. Instead of the company calling back, we were sent a text asking what kind of problems we were having with our a/c. We responded with very in depth texts messages stating the problems we were having. That was on a Friday. It is now Monday and we still to this date have not received a response. Luckily a more reputable company was able.to help. This company is a scam stay away."

"We are in Long Island Village in Port Isabel, TX and have used this company Laguna RV Repair to repair our Tiffin Allegro Bus now on 3 separate occasions. Last one being a 12V electrical issue that 2 other RV repair companies in the area could not figure out. We hadn't realized that most of the components in our bus were run off of 12 volt power Both technicians that came out were very professional as well as the office staff. It's hard to find real technicians that know what they are doing in this area and we have been very pleased with them every time. Thank you again, you guys will do great here."
