"Waiting for my '08 G6 Pontiac for about an hour to be told they couldn't change out headlight bulbs. Shouldn't they already know at sign up?"
"I took my truck there today at 12:15 for an oil change and there was three or four cars in the line with no other in the area. The young lady that set up the service said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Went in the store and returned in a little over and hour to see that my truck was moved completely out of line and there were several other cars that were there that wasn't when I first arrived. When I asked the service guy why was my truck was moved he didn't answer my question and had the nerve to tell me that there seven or eight ahead of me. I told him to give me my keys. He looked on the board and it wasn't there. Then he reached in his pocket and it was there. I will never do business with Walmart Auto Care Center in Harlingen again. One bad employee can cause a company to loose allot of business."

"In person they are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! They get the job done right and quick! But when I called, the guy that answered couldn't answer a simple question! He kept putting me on hold, then the last time just never came back!"
"Ordered tires through Walmart (they were perfect) when they were delivered to the tire center I went to get them put on through an appointment only to sit in the waiting area for an hour & forty five minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t do it due to there equipment not being able to handle the tire rim combo & didn’t want to damage the rims, well they scratched one rim in multiple places (never telling me) after the fact of this happening I made a complaint only to have the manager call & apologize offering me assistance in getting the tires mounted at a third party business, informed him that I have already done that. He then offered me a Walmart gift card which I agreed to, & said he would call back the next day with the amount he was able to give. Never got a call back tried calling multiple times.."
