"First of all I have not had enjoyable food from Taco Bell since I was in high school around 2006 through 2008. The last time I stopped at this location. I had a cold food that was barely edible. Tonight the experience was exquisite. The customer service was top-tier I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but I experienced one to two gentlemen, that were very manner-able, and took my order with a high regard. Something went wrong with my order, and I don’t even know what it was but he calmly explained it at the window and I was on my way. I just had to highlight this because it was unexpected."

"WORST TACO BELL ON 35W freeway. I wish I could give 0 stars. Very very disrespectful staff. They don’t give extra sauce (as if giving extra sauce gets cut out of their paycheck). Extremely rude and arrogant. When we pulled up to the speaker to place our order there was silence for a good 2-3 minutes. The minute we said hello the response was “no need to say hello can you wait”. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme which was squished and there was no meat inside. When we asked for extra sauce they told us 5 packets would be in the bag and to pull up to the window. They handed us the bag and just shut the window even though we were still talking to them asking for extra sauce. Ridiculous! DO NOT stop at this Taco Bell."
