"The service at this Wendy’s on Sycamore School RD, in Fort Worth, TX, was horrible! That’s probably why no one was there. I placed a mobile order around 8 p.m. When I went to pick it up, I was told that they didn’t have the salad I ordered. I asked for a different salad, and I was told that they didn’t have any salads. The male at the drive through window asked if I wanted something else to replace the salad. I responded with two items to replace the salad. He repeated the first item I asked for but not the second. When I repeated that I wanted the second item too, to replace the salad that was unavailable, I was then told that they don’t take add-on orders at the window. Unfortunately, but furthermore, all soda drinks ordered (4) tasted like carbonated water, horribly disgusting. The sauces ordered along with the two kids meals were missing, as well. I’d give zero stars for a rating, but I don’t think that’s possible."

"I expected much more. I must start by saying that one more client didn't spend the almost two hours I was there. The place, although it was empty, was dirty. Something that says a lot about the restaurant. The food: the potatoes were ugly, they tasted like cassava. They were burned or the oil was very old. The hamburger felt the raw meat. Really terrible. I will never go back there. Nor to any other wendys. La salsa de tomate es horrorosa"

"Need new staff. Cell phones need to be locked in a locker to protect customers card info and to keep their employees focused on work and not texting. Waiting times are too long in drive thru and food my food always comes out old and cold."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I got a chicken sandwich today and I was trying to make my kids lunch while eating so I didn't realize until after I had taken a bite that the center was completely raw. I was about half way into the sandwich. I called the location 4 times and no one ever answered so I called corporate and was told a district manager would return my call. End of business day and nothing. I'm calling the health department tomorrow and praying I don't get sick. I managed to expell some of what I had eaten but I don't know if it was enough."

"Fries were terrible and old they probably need to change t!e grease. Also my burger was cooked with the paper still left on the cheese. I was literally the only customer there was no need to rush. All of that good customer service to get subpar food. Update: I had a DoorDash order here and as you can see, everyone is on their phones. No one greeted me with a hello or anything. Terrible terrible even the manager terrible"
