"10/10 best jack in the box in Fort Worth… they were actually nice and I didn’t have to basically beg for my food and condiments like every other one I’ve been to!!! The late night workers were very nice."

"For a place that is promoting 24/7 (for this specific location) or supposed to be at least you would think they would actually be open like they said. It would be helpful to not have a car just sitting in the drive thru at their window, or some signage saying they are closed for whatever reason they have to be. I get having to close down due to unforseen circumstances but come on now"

"I don't understand why it is so hard to get fresh bread at Jack in the box these days. It doesn't have to be that hard. And the meat is always harder and the edges as if it's been sitting forever. It's just not good quality good anymore. I mean not that it every was. Just fat food. What do you expect? A little more. I expect a little more especially with the prices of everything today. I honestly feel twice as ripped off between the price increase AND the lowering of the food standards. Have some pride somewhere along the snowball ride to hell. Pretty please"

"I was excited to try these pumpkin croissants and they are still very doughy! 11/26/2023 - Came to visit just now and of course at 8:45pm the dining room is closed, I’m missing items from my order, nobody answers when I call and I get to stay in the drive through line with 5 cars ahead of me to get my missing items while the food I did receive gets cold. Another disappointing visit…"
