"This establishment is amazing! My wife and I dine here weekly and we are never disappointed. The food is always fantastic, the staff is so friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I also can't thank Ivan, the General Manager, enough. He kindly greets everybody that walks in the door, and he is so kind and considerate. Great food and a great experience every time."
"I hate to give 3 stars, because the food was great and the staff was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful, i was super impressed with their communication and service with costumers. However, i don’t know if he is an owner or manager but the older white man needs to go. Being a manager myself and dining with my father who manages over hundreds of people, I could never imagine speaking to my staff the way he was. He definitely has a power trip, speaks to his employees like they are inferior and incompetent which will result in a toxic work atmosphere if not corrected. Not to mention him reprimanding employee’s threatening to “put them to work” if they don’t have anything to do me while sitting in the dining room not doing a thing. He’s got to go. I feel sorry for the lovely employees that work under him."
"Great bunch of people! Risky’s all you can eat ribs $13.99 without the $20 pay for parking in the Stockyards. We love their weekly specials especially the Thursday half chicken."
"Popped in for lunch the other day and was happy with the overall experience. It was a hearty amount of food for the price and the food was good, although when it comes to BBQ, I prefer the sauce to be more tangy and not quite as sweet as theirs was but that aside, there wasn't much to complain about. I do have to mention that the fried okra and fried pickles were both amazing. The staff and management were super polite and accommodating during our visit."
"I passed this place a few times while I was in the area and definitely wanted to try some homemade BBQ whole visiting Texas. The BBQ was definitely very good. I had the brisket tacos. They were very good. The chicken not so much but never been a fan of BBQ chicken anyways. Definitely recommend."
