Chicken Express

"The food is ok but the portions have got a lot smaller and the prices have gone up. We got the 20 piece tenders and it cost almost $50 and the tenders were so small. I would not mind paying the 50 if the tenders were as big as they once were. For 2 dollars a tender the size is ridiculous."

"Swung by this joint in the morning. Food was on point the crew super chill and sweet. caught this dude in the kitchen had a flour covered shirt. looked like he was making chicken he peeped me waiting dropped what he was doing and hustled up front he was polite as heck with a solid smile! food fresh and tasty AF definitely gonna hit this spot again"

"To be fair we like the chicken but this location was out of almost everything. Instead of telling us as we were ordering they waited until we got to the window and paid. Then they offered to give us some extra to make up for only getting legs, but they did not. The corn on the cob was overcooked, dry and wrinkly. The rolls are good, the servings are smaller than at other locations, especially the gravy. Like I stated at the beginning...we like Chicken Express in general, just not the Saginaw location. On the positive side the employees are nice."

"I waited 25 min on my 2 fish filets. When I got my food it wasn’t even hot. The high puppies are underdone. The fish breading tastes powdery. The entire time I was waiting at the window there was a woman at the front counter, she looked mad because she was waiting so long. Overall it was awful. Oh and I asked for serendipity.. she handed me 2 for 3 meals. Don’t go here"

"Went this afternoon and the lobby wasn’t even open. Several customers were at the door confused. They clearly had enough people to help us out since we could see them through the window. They didn’t even bother to acknowledge that we were all there. Food quality through the drive through is also terrible and the chicken seems old. Decided to go to the blue mound location for better service and food."
