"I managed pizzerias for 8 years. Our customer service expectations were at top tier and I have to say this store is sorely lacking. Stopping orders 30 minutes before closing? Why not simply say you close at 9:30? I took orders in my store up until the minute we closed and my customers were always happy, loyal, and my business boomed. The man on the phone was unpleasant, reluctant to give me the manager's name, and said the owner instructed them not to take orders past 9:30. They lost a customer tonight."
"Ordered 5 large pizzas and 3 salads....perfection, everyone enjoyed the food, even the picky eaters. Great service too!!!"
"We ordered Friday night so I expected it would take longer than a regular order. It took much longer... The owner delivered the meal personally and comped the meal even when I told him it was not necessary. I was not going to order again, but the interaction we had ,changed my mind. Disappointed the food was cold but grateful there are still people that stand up for their product and go above and beyond when it's not up to their standards."
"Their deep dish pizza came highly recommended and it did not disappoint! The pizza was hot, made-to-order and loaded with plenty of cheese, pepperonies and Italian sausage. The crust was buttery, crispy and dreamy! I was quite impressed. We ordered a side salad that was plenty for 2 people it came loaded and fresh. The Ranch dressing was great too. I was completely satisfied with this experience. The cashier was friendly and helpful. This place is worthy of your pizza cravings. This location is carry out only so call your order in for a more expedient experience."
