"Jan 29,2024 9:50pm. Had a really bad experience with this location. Employees seemed lacking focus and uninterested to be there. Waited to be talked to for about 10 mins. Was ignored and had other customer before me attended to first. Felt a glare of "something" with one of the employees. They gave a racist vibe from what I could tell. There were a few customers there ordering before I got there and the were cocasain (white). The employees were African Americans from what I could tell. None of them seemed to give off the same service towards me as to the other customers. I could be mistaken but it sure didn't feel very friendly. They seemed to all just stand around chit chatting and get paid for it. Not sure if I would come back at this location again."

"Welcome to THE WORST restaurant period. Not brand, individual establishment. And if it IS corporate, every single employee working 11/22/22 @10:45 a.m. should be fired. Employees dodging customers, serving up nothing but attitude and under cooked food, eat in and maybe 10 people inside, 24 min to get out terribly cooked , entire order. Soggy eggs, cold hash browns, no bacon on the taquitos. 24 min...meanwhile employees are refilling their personal glasses and on their cell phones while customers are just staring blankly, in disbelief. Terrible customer service from every single employee we came into contact with. No motivation, no energy, rude. Disrespectful to Whataburger I'll never go back to this location. Save you're money and go to 1 of the other 40 food establishments within a mile."
