"I had a coupon good till 1/15/2024 . The carhop was rude and told me I could not use the coupon which would have brought the cost to .99 cents .. I frequently use this sonic, it is getting worse each time I come. Don’t give out coupons if Sonic is not going to honor them. I don’t think I’ll come back!!"

"This is the 3rd time that I have placed my order and requested ketchup and I received my order with one packet! I asked for more and then they brought me two more lol on a 25 dollar order. This visit I asked for 10 packets when I placed my 25 dollar order and when they brought my food I was told the ketchup was in the bag lol umm no not one packet! The burger was cold, the tots and drink were good. But if you like ketchup make sure you take your own bottle or have some at home!!!! They are ketchup stingy !!!"

"They put root beer or Coke in my diet dr. Taste your drink before you drive off. I did leave a good review but had to change it. It felt like it was on purpose. The girl was laughing when she gave it to me."
