"it's just awful. Only lazy people work here. I only ordered 10 nuggets and one medium smoothie. Do you know how long I waited? 30 minutes exactly! 30 minutes!!!! and this despite the fact that I came up 2 times and reminded them of myself. This is a powerful place, McDonald's has fallen into a hole. This is a rat eatery, not a restaurant. I hate this place and I will tell everyone, everywhere so that no one comes here! I came here to buy lunch in 10 minutes and go back to work. Because of the lazy workers I was late!!! all the people who placed an order after me received it, and I waited the longest!!! I haven’t been to this place for a month and they managed to ruin my mood for the whole day and I was late for work!!! freaks!!! I asked to call a manager and make a refund and guess what? no one came to me, I was ignored by the staff!!! This is the most disgusting place in the USA. I don't recommend it to you all. dirt, good service, ignoring customers!"

"The staff was extremely slow and showed a very poor attitude while serving. Long lines and long wait times while not during rush hour. Also, i mean this with a great amount of respect..but they should have more bilingual people on staff during each shift. It's very, very, very difficult to place an order when you don't speak the same language. Or in my last visit to get my order corrected. I think I have to stop going to this location after my last visit. It was awful and the restaurant was full of frustrated and angry customers and door dashers. It really made for a bad dining in experience. :("

"The front counter ignored me for ten minutes. I am 14. I still deserve respect as a customer waiting at the front counter. Why did they take so many people instead of me? I ended up leaving the counter to place an order on the e-kiosk."

"Awful service. I didn’t even get service I came here late night because it says 24 hours. I was sitting at the order screen for a while and no response. I even drove up to the window and I could see someone inside but still nothing. I’m so disappointed. This location should not be labeled as 24 hours when the employees are just getting paid to do nothing."

"Honestly this used to be one of the best McDonald’s in Katy. Recently their service has gone down hill. They don’t even attempt to have the food ready at the window anymore they park every car and have them wait 10-15 minutes while they prepare the food. They lose orders, forget drinks, honestly they need to take a step back and remember what the point of fast food is."
