"Not only is it bad enough that we have terrible service almost every time we have gone. But we did an Uber order tonight and have been waiting for an hour for our food for our THIRD driver to tell us that they are closed (8:30pm). And we can’t order something else without it being cancelled (which means we lose our money). Very upset."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worse customer service I've experienced in benbrook period. If the people in the store don't like their jobs go find somewhere else to work. Guy at the window has the worse attitude I'm come across. Made a substitution on my app order for my medium frosty and gave me a cookie. I asked for the money to be refunded and was offered a second cookie. I didn't want a cookie and a cookie doesn't equal almost 4 dollars I spent on the frosty. The door was also locked so I had to go through the drive through to get my order. No refund offered, was finally told I have to go through the app to get a refund. What a joke. Terrible employees and seevice"

"You wont get what you pay for. How do professional adults mess up an order with only three burgers? I paid for a double baconator and got a plain double cheese burger. Checked the receipt to see what they actually charged, but I didn't get the receipt either. Not even worth the drive back up there."

"Employee is rude, messed up my meal, didn’t give me a receipt and will not answer phone. Paid almost 50$ for my food and I would’ve been happier going to McDonald’s. I made a complaint online but we’ll see if anyone contacts me. I ordered 2 of the same meals but this is what I received instead. Both were baconator meals. Don’t waste your time coming here."
