"Drive thru made us wait 30 minutes. Turns out they forgot our order and made us present the receipt. Waited another 20 minutes. When the order came out they gave us single filet o fish when we ordered doubles. Actively trying to short change us."

"I did an app order for pick up. I can say my food was ready quickly, but there were also items missing. I had 3 drinks with my order and was not given a drink tray. Each drink was handed to me. The happy meals were also separate. I know this may not seem like a big deal to most, but I had 2 small kids in the vehicle, 3 separate drinks, and a separate bag with the adult food. I also understand that we may not have good days, so maybe not put a person to deliver food that can’t even say hi. 12/14/2023 Update to review. I’m moving my review down to 2 stars. The last few times I’ve asked for no onions on my burger, my burger has been full of them. It’s gross. I don’t like onions. Im going to drive to the Mason and I10 location from is on even though it’s further away."

"Horrible restaurant. Bacon under cooked - still pink and white. Apparently, owner is too poor to replace cash register ink because the receipt is printed so horribly you cannot see text. I believe the intent is to prevent customers filing complaints or leaving bad reviews."

"This location is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to! Always fast service, never rude, just great overall. I would say, choosing to power wash the drive thru in the middle of a morning rush while the drive thru line is wrapping around the other side is the building is a probably not the best idea. Just a thought."
