"Their saying is "just the way you like it" but unfortunately it's not true!! They either forget the fries the drink no mayo etc. Just went and they didn't give me my drink and a senior coffee!! Ugh"

"I ordered food at 8 o clock it said it would be ready in 35 to 40 mins. I got there and waited another 20 mins before I had to get down and see what is up. I asked the guy and he said it's been in the warmer for a while. I was like so my food is soggy. He laughed and said yeah. Terrible service. I ordered curbside because drive thru wasn't available. Why have curbside if you won't even deliver the food. Very rude assistant manager. Guy in the grey shirt."

"Seems like the priority to serve customers comes second. Workers eating on there time off get first serve at least that’s how I felt. My food was ok I’ve had better I ordered a breakfast taco and asked for it to be toasted well it wasn’t. I still ate it and I didn’t make a fuss about it. Restroom and dining are very clean."

"this Whataburger location is the closest to my house - minutes away which is why it would’ve been perfect if their customer service was good and if they could get orders right. been to this location endless of times but every single time I come, my order is wrong or very late. Employees are ALWAYS rude. After months of not coming here, this weekend I decided to give things a try to see if the service was better and I sure do regret it. Again. Cashier was rude. Acted as if he did not want to be working or attending people. Requested crispy fries in an order and they were regular. Upon entering, I saw two customers who were clearly upset too. I overheard them asking why their orders were taking long. My own order was late and wrong. I do not think making a #5 is too much work…. I mean, I was once a Whataburger employee too. No excuses. Overall, I do not think I will give them any other benefit of the doubt and come back to this location unless I truly, truly have to……."
