"I wanted to get a drink with no ice for the next morning. I asked if they could do no ice + don’t fill up to the top for the regular price. This is a practice common amongst Houston boba shops. Instead the person insisted they will still have to charge me the extra fee even without filling to the top. So then I asked could they just seal up the cup after I scoop out the ice. The response I got was: No that’s too complicated I don’t know how to do that. Honestly I’ve interacted with the owner before and they seemed nice. But this girl is clearly someone who has no business working in customer service. Needless to say, I considered coming back to try the sandwich, but I won’t be coming back after this experience. There are so many boba shops in Cypress, I wouldn’t bother with Vtea unless you want your asian drink being made by a surly faced hispanic woman."
