"My Son has placed orders online multiple times, and they always get our order wrong. He decided to call in an order this time, and of course, they messed up our order AGAIN, so he had to drive back to town to get the correct order. This location can’t seem to get their orders right!!!!"

"While I’ve gone here many times and had no issues a new girl became mine. I got there 5-8 minutes before my order was ready and said absolutely no rush and that I was early. Well they said 5 minutes I sat and waiting 15 minutes for my bags that were already there because she forgot my name and didn’t bother asking. When I had mentioned it when I said I was early. She apologized but didn’t offer to remake anything that’s been sitting there. I get there early because if not it’s just soggy. And that’s exactly what I got when I got home. There goes 40$"

"Our meal across the board fries included came with a vat of grease. Called & spoke to the manager and he wasn't very interested. I had to reheat everything & drain it on paper towels to get some of the grease off of it. Won't be back to this location ever."
