"Had lunch at chicken E today. Ms. Cathy served us in the drive thru. She remembered things I forgot about. Was completely professional and a very sweet lady. She made my day with how nice she was."

"The Bridgeport Chicken Express is an outstanding example of a store that truly cares about customer service. Today I went thru the drive thru and ordered the chicken livers meal. They only cook liver when it is ordered - freshness being a major concern. They ask you to pull forward as the meal takes 7-8 min to cook. After waiting 15 min I telephoned the store and ask about my order. A Manager who had just arrived found out that the cook had not got my order request - so no liver. All businesses sometimes drop the ball. It is frustrating, but how that business handles the issue, is the difference between a OK business and one that I dive 12 miles to go to. I literally have to drive past the Decatur Chicken Express to go to the Bridgeport C.E. The manager came out with my fresh order, refunded me the full amount of the meal PLUS gave me free desert. The same issue happened at the Decatur store and they never said they where sorry and gave me a free side . Which business would rather do business with? Like I said, ALL businesses sometimes drop the ball - HOW THEY HANDLE IT IS THE DIFFERENCE. Please support the Bridgeport Chicken Express for all your Chicken needs. Outstanding employees and a solid well trained management team. WELL DONE GUYS!"

"Prices go up, quality and service goes way down hill. Had to wait forever while we were the only car in line at 1pm Saturday. The employees weren't friendly. Then waited again after ordering with zero explanation of why. Everything was just thrown in one box. The tenders were TINY. I will take my money elsewhere from now on. Been here since 1998 and haven't had these types of issues, hate to see it."

"It’s been years since I’ve ate inside at Chicken E. (Kids will do that) I can’t express how patient, kind, and helpful the staff was today. From great customer service, to being personable with my family. My kids being toddlers wanted an egg from the machine they have that was not plugged in, the staff went above and beyond to stop and plug in the machine for them. And then my crazy kids wanted sweets from the other quarter machine, momma didn’t have coins but another staff member offered them some coins for candy. Talk about great human beings!!!!! They sent us on our way with cookies, not to mention an extra cookie for our little at home!!! Great service, great people. Will definitely be back again."
