"They cancelled my order without my acknowledgement. I placed it at 1, and they never sent it out. I was working and was finally able to call at 2:30. They said it was cancelled at 1:23. I never got a message saying that. I didn't get my meal and asked me to just order again. They weren't helpful at all."

"I'm not sure if it's cause they were about to close and they were tired or if it's always this bad. But this was hands the worst Chick-fil-A we've ever been to. We ordered a grilled chicken deluxe that had literally HALF of one strip of bacon & enough lettuce to make 2 more sandwiches. Two chicken sandwiches, both of which the chicken patty was half inside the buns half outside (simple fix, but it's the principle). Fries were all broken little pieces, none were actual complete waffle fries. They gave us 2 napkins for 3 meals and ZERO straws for our drinks. Oh, but they did give us an extra medium coke. But that too was wrong cause it was leaking from a crack on the bottom of the cup and got my wife's lap all wet. Definitely will second guess going to this particular location again."

"We were traveling north, and it was about lunchtime, and there was our lunch stop. From the street, the parking lot was packed with vehicles. We pulled into the street and saw 2 drive up with crews taking orders. We parked, went inside, and saw there were 5 customer service people taking orders. Service was immediately given, and our good, tasteful, plentiful food was delivered in no more than 10-12 minutes; amazing service. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for good food and fast friendly service!"
