"A brand new restaurant with really really bad service. It takes them like 20 minutes to help you, the orders are usually always wrong, when you order online they usually cancel your orders, management sucks, employees act like they do not want to work, slow as heck. I do not recommend this McDonalds at all, or until they get the right employees, this has been like this since day one of opening, and I love McDonalds."
"The place was clean and nice. employees were nice and friendly. My burger was real bad. Bun was hard on one side and the meat was really flat and really dry. I have had better quarter pounders. I guess the cook had a bad day. No one's perfect. I'll give them another chance."
"Order thru drive thru employee on speaker was horrible no customer service at all what's so ever, than the youngster that took out my order to car was just as worse no hi, no bye nor thank you. This is why I hate McDonald's they are horrible in customer service. It's a good thing I only go twice a year to McDonald's."
"Place was super clean. Food wasn't bad, but the food took a while to come out. And it wasn't terribly busy compared to the Weslaco locations. Part of me feels this is due to the status quo of not hiring enough people to have on-shift at the same time. No self-serve fountain drinks, if that's important for you."
