Pizza Hut

"I've gone to this place for many years n tonight was the worse experience ever. I was greeted by Mnger MIKE aka MICHEAL MYERS!!! He was a straight up Bully who overused his authority towards one of his employees tonight. He stood over him n badger him for a good 5 mins in front of guess. The employee walked away with his head hels down feeling defeated, ripped away of his dignity, afraid n embarrassed! This wasn't the first time. He was too comfortable to do it in front of customers. The atmosphere was very tense n on edge. I was next to encounter him n he didn't DISAPPOINT!!! He greeted me with 0 customer service n hostile for no reason. Hes definitely in the wrong field n shouldnt be left in charge of a DOG!!! Hopefully, corperate reads this n reconsider who they leave in charge!!! I chose not to do business tonight because of it!!! WAY TO GO!!!"

"Ordered a pepperoni Lover But It Barely have any pepperoni on it. What cheese did anything? Hey, wasn't cut right. Write all the way through. Plus It was half cooked And when I Told Them I was here. To pick up my order, I was told I was too early. I gave him 30 minutes to make my order before I got there. I was still too early???? I've been two years set we have pizza Hut Now remember why are we never ordered again"

"Listen up. Go and do business with this location. On my original order of 4 pizzas they messed up on 2 of them (my son's and mine) today. I called and talked to the manager and he was very understanding and offered to remake pizza and have it ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick it up and he and the team went above and beyond to make it right!. The manager was very friendly and made effort to connect. Reminds me of what great customer service should be. Thank you again and now my family is happy and full. It was delicious."

"Last time I ordered a pizza for lunch, they called me and said they’re temporarily closed. I was a little mad but it was a blessing in disguise because I went to another Pizza Hut location and only then did I realize this location doesn’t cook their pizza fully. I just ordered today and I have to put it in my air fryer because the pizza dough is literally raw. To the people that are making the pizza at this location, the crust should be brown, not yellow. Please cook it for another few minutes. The one at 8925 Clearwood Drive cooks it perfectly. I live right behind this location but I’ll be driving the extra 10 minutes from now on."

"This is absolutely the trashiest and rudest pizza hut I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from, and I definitely won't be coming back at all. They take forever and when you get the pizza it looks like an absolute trainwreck, the fact they stay in business is astounding. I called over 8 times and got hung up on trying to get a refund, don't waste your money here."
