"Second time I go and they don’t have the order ready. Ordered online at 8:55pm and food was supposed to be ready 9:11 but I got there at 9:28pm and they still said I needed to wait FORTY FIVE MINUTES. Never going again. My refund is going to take 5-7 business days. Never going again."

"This place sometimes is busy, the day I was there the person in the counter was in the phone taken an order, I wait until he was done, order Buffalo chicken wings, and lemonade, the line behind me started collecting then move away, suddenly a group of young guys arrived, and order, like skipping all the people before them. 5 minutes after all of them have their meals and I went to ask the guy. What happened with my order I had been there more than 15 min and no meal. And he said yours is after this, I told him that it was not fear he takes an order right there of 6 guys and dispatched them before all other of us waiting… he just look at me like he didn’t do nothing wrong. I’m not happy with this customer service, never go back there. That is the reason I give 2 stars because at the end my meal I take it to go. Be careful what location you go."

"I had ordered an 8 piece combo and found this a wing with feathers. :\ I’m never one to complain about anything but this was absolutely disgusting. I called and told them about my issue but it felt as if they just wanted me to leave them alone. They did not even fully refund me. I was given only 4 free wings the next time I go there. I’m not going back and I love wingstop. Very unsatisfied."
