"It has been a few years since I've had a burger from Dairy Queen and I was so disappointed. The bun was hard and it was swimming in mayonnaise. Fries were stale and cold. It was disgusting! Can't get decent food anywhere anymore. This is top 5, the worst!"

"they got my husbands order wrong so he went back like one does to get it fixed and the managers and staff just stood there like idiots ignoring him; an employee from the ice cream area had to come and help him. terrible managers managing the place. 0 stars if i had the option."

"Super disappointed. To be honest this is actually the second time I wasn’t completely happy. The first time, was what was supposed to be a “Large Caramel Sunday “ and it was more like a s and melted by the time I got to the window. Today I decided to give it another try since they’re only about 3 mins away. Ordered a medium Oreo blizzard with brownie pieces. I got to the window and the girl gave me the blizzard, she didn’t turn it upside down, which I wonder if that was something they changed. As I drove off, I realized it was about 40% melted. I thought once I got home, again, 3 mins away, that I’d be able to see it better, and it was soo melted once I did. I don’t know if DQ has changed the quality of their ice cream, but it thick when we got their blizzard’s. I should have asked the girl right then and there to turn it upside down for my peace of mind. Not sure it’s too worth going back for now."

"$20 for a steak finger box with a Dr pepper and a small vanilla cone. They ran out of dr pepper as I waited for gravy to be made so I had a sprite. The service wasn't bad at all, but the price is rediculous for what it is! The young man at the window informed me that their prices are not only outrageous now, but they took away their employee discounts. DQ has just lost me as a customer."

"Ordered a #3 Texas Sized With bacon. I get home and burger has a single piece of crumb bacon. Fries are small as well. I go back to store and manager see the crumb and days they will remake the burger. They take my burger, out a couple of more crumbs of bacon and send me on my way. With the coldest burger ever. Filed a complaint in their site as well. I'd DQ is Texas, they fell very short. By the way, the bacon you see is what they added to the burger. Yuck"
