"I like going to this particular place but this time it was just bad. Most drinks were out in the dispenser, the cheese on burgers looked like they were still cold when they placed them on the burgers, was not melted at all. No gravy for the strips."

"So I was very disappointed went I went there to enjoy some ice cream desert s and something to eat because my daughter ordered some chicken strip basket and were told that the gravy was gonna take about 10 minutes to prepare it to which she said shed wait for it but after they gave her the meal, they told her the gravy was gonna take forever and offered ketchup, buffalo etc. Now I don't know but in my family we eat these meals with gravy that's the WHOLE reason for that being part of the meal and if you're not gonna make it, you just say so before selling the meal. and by the way, you really need to change your parking setup."
