"Got my order in a timely manner. The girl at the register was nice. My order came with 6 containers of blue cheese Sadly, they were all watered down and sour. Did call to inform them, but it seemed like the lady that answered was frustrated. Update: My son got sick. Diarrhea and vomiting since last night"
"They need to learn to read simple names. They have you there waiting around food getting cold. Also, stop taking orders if you can’t keep up. State to people when they walk in “40-50 mins”. The gentleman did it last time and I believe customers appreciate it. They decide if they wait or leave."
"Horrible service person in charge Juan (not the manager because they are never there) is so rude and has no customer service training at all. Went in with my daughter at 7:30 and waited 30 which was fine due to them being “busy” but then my order was all wrong and the manager didn’t seem to care and won’t even come out to inform me or apologize so then I asked for a refund and that took another 15 mins because he had to explain it to another employee so they could do it for him because he won’t come to the front and do it himself all in all don’t go there…"
"I was placed on hold for 15 mon then the lone went dead. I call back and placed on hold with no one saying anything. Called a 3rd time and rep was rude saying that they have people there and no sorry just you wanna make an order or not. I am disappointed in this location. They need to do better."
